    Digital Divide GrantsWest Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)The Digital Divide Grants are provided and administered by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) as part of theDigital Divide project which aims to address Digital Exclusion and to support West Midlands residents to connect with the Digital Skills Opportunities.Objectives of FundThe funding is intended to develop a routeway from first contact to a device to accredited learning and ultimately good employment, reducing Digital Exclusion levels.The funding aims to support at least two community organisations per WMCA constituent Local Authority (Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton).The delivery within each Local Authority will engage with 400 residents across a 20-month period from December 2024 to July 2026.The proposal needs to meet the following:Delivery based on engagement, stabilisation, introduction to Digital skills with progression to Adult Community Learning / Adult Education Budget accredited training.Each organisation awarded grant funding will engage and support up to 200 residents across an initial 20-month period.Engagement with residents is primarily focused on outreach activities and aligned partnership working not dependent on Jobcentreplus referrals.Support is offered on a one-to-one basis by dedicated key worker, with each resident having an Individual Learning Plan (ILP).Attendance should be voluntary based on resident need; however, learners should be engaged on a weekly basis for the duration of the support.Support should be aligned with the ILP, with a focus on progression to tackle digital exclusion in line with the guidance provided in the WMCA Digital Blueprint.60% of learners (120 per grant award) should progress onto accredited learning via Adult Community Learning or Adult Education Budget provider.Value: up to £2 million will be awarded in grant funding over the initial 20 month period.Grants of between £80,000 and £142,857 are available.     Framework for Care and Support Services in an Extra Care SettingNottingham City Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to establish a multiple provider framework for Care and Support service in an Extra Care Setting. The highest ranking 10 providers will be appointed to and awarded a Framework Agreement, which will then be used to enter into call-off contracts for a range of Extra Care Services which will offer citizens independent living in a home of their own where their needs can be met, and they can retain their independence. All services will have access to care and support on site, including care at night and background hours to enable citizens to maintain good overall health and wellbeing.The framework contract duration will be for 4 years and will commence 1st February 2025. The call-off contracts made under the framework will be up to 9 years.The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at up to a maximum of £25 million.     Apprenticeships Training & End Point Framework, October 2024 OpeningSalisbury NHS Foundation TrustThis Framework was established in February 2021 to replace the previous Dynamic Purchasing System operated by Salisbury NHSFT. This Framework operates at two levels - Level One, where any suitably qualified and eligible provider can submit details of all the apprenticeships they offer, and employers can then either direct award or, via Salisbury, conduct a further competition against their local needs. Level Two will be a smaller number of providers for a specific standard, appointed via a Further Competition, using a higher selection criteria published with each ITT. Both levels of listing are open across all our eligible public and third sector organisations. Level Two listed providers can be selected either by employer direct award or a further competition amongst those listed.     Changing FuturesNottingham City CouncilNottingham City Council, on behalf of the Nottingham City Place Based Partnership, is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified organisations to deliver a range of services to improve outcomes for people who experience severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD).SMD is defined as concurrent experiences of three or more of: homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, domestic and sexual violence or abuse, and contact with the criminal justice system.Nottingham City Place Based Partnership is committed to improving the outcomes for people experiencing SMD and aims to procure ‘Changing Futures’ services as part of meeting these needs. Nottingham has secured ongoing funding through the Integrated Care Board’s Health Inequalities Innovation Improvement Fund.The Services will be commissioned in two Lots:Lot 1 is the Main Delivery Service (MDS)Lot 2 is the Partnership Learning Hub (PLH).Providers are invited to tender for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2.Lot 1 - The Main Delivery Service comprises the required Core functions:Front Line Delivery:a.
